By using RaveGen ("the Service"), operated by Fleshzone ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using RaveGen, you confirm that you are eligible to access digital content services.

Description of Service

RaveGen is a web-based AI platform for generating images, videos, and avatars. The Service is accessible via the web dashboard at ravegen.xyz and optionally through a Discord bot. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Content Guidelines

Usage Policy

  • Fictional characters only — All generated content must depict fictional characters.
  • No real individuals — Generating content depicting real people is prohibited.

Violations may result in account suspension.

NSFW Content Policy

We are aware that our NSFW detector can sometimes be overly strict. For this reason, we allow users to enable NSFW content generation.

However, please remember: Fleshzone is not responsible for any content generated on RaveGen, regardless of whether NSFW mode is enabled or disabled. You assume full responsibility for all images you generate.

User Responsibility & Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for all content you generate using RaveGen. Fleshzone disclaims all responsibility for any images generated by users.

Content Ownership

Images generated through the Service are provided for personal use. You retain rights to use generated images, but we make no guarantees regarding intellectual property claims.

Credits & Subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit-based system with optional subscription plans.

No Refund Policy

  • All purchases are final — Once you purchase credits or subscribe to a plan, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Credits are non-transferable — Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
  • Subscription cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
  • Unused credits — Unused credits have no cash value and will not be refunded upon account termination or subscription cancellation.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
