Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Fleshzone ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use RaveGen ("the Service").
Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service:
Account information — Email, name, and linked social accounts (Google, Discord) to identify you and track credit usage
Generation requests — To process your image, video, and avatar generation requests
Usage data — Credit usage and generation history
Connected publishing accounts — If you connect a social account to publish your generated content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), we store the account identifier, display name, avatar URL and the OAuth tokens needed to post on your behalf
Connected Social Accounts & Publishing
Connecting a social account is entirely optional and is only used to publish content you generated on RaveGen to your own account.
TikTok — With your authorization we store your TikTok open_id, display name and avatar URL (obtained through the user.info.basic scope), plus the access and refresh tokens required by the video.publish scope. We use them for one purpose only: posting a video to your account when you explicitly confirm that post in RaveGen. We do not read your videos, followers, or analytics, and we never post without a per-post confirmation from you.
Instagram & YouTube — Equivalent data (account identifier, display name, OAuth tokens) used solely to publish content you confirm.
Retention & deletion — This data is kept only while the account stays connected. Disconnecting it from the "Connected accounts" panel deletes the stored tokens and identifiers immediately, as does deleting your RaveGen account.
No secondary use — Data obtained from these platforms is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising or profiling, or used to train AI models.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- Generated content is processed temporarily and not stored long-term on our servers
- We do not collect location data or track browsing activity outside the platform
How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used solely to:
- Track your credit balance and usage
- Process your generation requests
- Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
- Improve the Service
Data Storage & Security
Your account information and credit balance are stored securely in our database. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- AI Generation APIs — To process image, video, and avatar generation requests (prompts are processed but not stored)
- Discord — Optional bot integration for generating via Discord
- Stripe — For payment processing
- Google / Discord OAuth — For account authentication
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request information about what data we have about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Stop using the Service at any time
Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirement in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from users who are not eligible to use the Service.
