1. age requirement

ravegen is strictly for users aged 18 and older. by using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. strictly prohibited content

zero tolerance policy

the following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent ban:

  • ✕minors in any context - any sexual or suggestive content depicting, implying, or referencing minors is strictly forbidden. this includes characters described as underage, "young-looking", or any content that could be interpreted as depicting minors.
  • ✕real individuals - generating content depicting real people (celebrities, public figures, private individuals) without explicit consent is prohibited.
  • ✕non-consensual scenarios - content depicting rape, sexual assault, or any non-consensual sexual activity.
  • ✕extreme violence - gore, torture, mutilation, or graphic violence combined with sexual content.
  • ✕bestiality - sexual content involving real animals.

3. permitted content

what you can create

  • +adult fictional characters - original characters that are clearly adults (18+)
  • +fantasy & anime characters - fictional beings, fantasy races, anime-style characters (must be adult)
  • +artistic nudity - tasteful artistic representations
  • +consensual adult scenarios - content depicting consensual interactions between adults

4. content moderation

we employ automated systems and manual review to detect and prevent prohibited content:

  • - prompts are filtered for prohibited keywords and patterns
  • - suspicious activity is flagged for manual review
  • - we reserve the right to review any generated content
  • - repeated violations result in permanent account termination

5. user responsibility

you are solely responsible for all content you generate using ravegen. you agree to:

  • - ensure all generated content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • - not use the service to create illegal content
  • - not attempt to bypass content filters or moderation systems
  • - report any violations you encounter to our team

6. reporting violations

if you encounter content that violates this policy or suspect someone is misusing the service, please report it immediately through our discord server. we take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

7. cooperation with authorities

we cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies. suspected illegal activity, particularly content involving minors, will be reported to the appropriate authorities including the national center for missing & exploited children (ncmec) where applicable.

8. consequences of violations

violations of this policy may result in:

  • - immediate content removal
  • - temporary or permanent account suspension
  • - forfeiture of remaining credits without refund
  • - reporting to law enforcement where applicable
  • - legal action in severe cases
